                MOTION:  9201 Oakdale Avenue - to consider a variance for the continued operation and an expansion

                of the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Short presentation planned.

• b. Public Safety & Transportation: Scott Munson

MOTION 1: To request posted street sweeping of Mason Avenue on both sides of Devonshire Street.

                 MOTION 2: To request trimming of pine trees along Canoga Avenue north of Chatsworth Street.

                 MOTION 3: To spend up to $750 to support North Valley emergency preparedness fair, planned for

                 October 2 in Granada Hills. Board member motion by Volotsky; to be paid by PS&T Committee.

• c. Outreach: Jelena Csanyi

MOTION 1: To spend up to $500 for promotional items to support 2010 LAPD Halloween event.

MOTION 2: To spend up to $1,000 for sponsorship of Chatsworth Junior Baseball League team and yearbook advertisement.

MOTION 3: To spend up to $1,000 for CNC promotional items for FY 2010-11 and up to $50 for rubber stamp and for name badges for new board members. (Separate motions can have separate votes.)
