Good afternoon Neighborhood Council leaders,

As leaders who have supported the ACDHRS Community Advisory Group’s position and efforts in urging the County of Los Angeles to acquire the list of chemicals and substances from Southern California Gas Co., we want to extend our profound “Thank You”!

We would also like to make you aware that yesterday, Sept 30, we submitted a joint letter from the CAG and the Scientific Oversight Committee (SOC) to Supervisor Barger.   The post and the letter can be found on our website using the link below.

Additionally, we encourage you all to make the CAG’s website a bi-weekly read as we continue to add content often.  For example, we have started a “roundtable” series which we are planning to repeat frequently.   These are zoom “calls” which will focus on a specific topic (or two) and what the good/bad/ugly are.  The roundtable can be found here:

Lastly, we strongly encourage everyone to get involved.  Either to leave us comments on the website, send us an email, participate in our monthly meetings and to exercise your right to contact your elected officials and urge them to act.

Together, we can achieve the science-based, independent, political-free health study we need and deserve.
